Destination Wedding Packages

What We Require Packages


Apart from our package pricing, the following fee’s are required to be covered by the client:

  •  Travel (Airfare)

  • Accommodations (3 nights minimum)

  • Transportation (Vehicle Rental, Shuttle Service)

  • Meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

  • Parking Fees (Park N Fly)

  • Flight Cancellation, and/or Delays expenses.


All flights to be booked Non-stop from YYZ – Toronto to the destination. Preferably, no flights booked with American Airlines – AA. Shuttle or transportation required from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. Transportation required from hotel to the wedding venue, and vice versa (if necessary).


Minimum stay of  3 nights (Day of arrival, Day before the wedding, and Day of the wedding).  Hotel or Resort should be as close to the wedding venue as possible. Minimum 3-star hotel/resort. 


Meal per diem must be provided for the three days. Minimum $100USD per day. If the resort is All-inclusive, meal per diem is not required.

Parking expenses required (if necessary).

Engagement Video – $400


Love Story Interview – $500

Same Day Edit – $800

Guest Well Wishes & Interviews – $350

Extra Hours of Coverage – $300/hr
